Terms, Refunds & Disclaimers

1. Agreement to these terms
By purchasing anything from japanesewalkingplan.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't buy — or if you already did and changed your mind, use the refund policy below.
2. What you're buying
Our products are digital ebooks delivered as PDF downloads. After checkout, your files are delivered instantly by email — nothing ships, and there are no accounts to create.
Your purchase gives you a personal-use license: you can read the ebooks on your own devices and print copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish them, in whole or in part. We retain all intellectual property rights in the content.
3. Price and payment
All charges are one-time payments at the price shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal through our checkout provider, ThriveCart. We never see or store your full card number.
4. 30-day refund policy
Every purchase is covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you want a refund for any reason — or no reason at all — email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. No questions, no forms, no hoops. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, and it typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Health and medical disclaimer
Our ebooks are educational information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
Talk to your physician before beginning this or any exercise program — especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint problems, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition or concern.
Listen to your body. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or anything else that feels wrong while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical care.
Any study results we cite describe what happened to the participants in that research. Individual results vary, and we do not promise you any specific outcome — in fitness, weight, blood pressure, or anything else.
6. No professional relationship
Buying or reading our ebooks does not create a doctor–patient, trainer–client, or any other professional relationship between you and us. We are publishers of educational material, not your healthcare providers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of our products is capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
If your misuse of our products or violation of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs and damages that result.
9. Third-party services
Checkout and payment are handled by ThriveCart, Stripe, and PayPal. Each has its own terms and privacy practices, which apply to your use of their services. We're not responsible for those services, though we've chosen them because they're reliable and widely trusted.
10. Governing law
